First, you'll need to navigate to your story dashboard. Select "My Verse" at the top of the web page.

Then, choose "Browse Media".

Add Media

To upload new media, click on the "Upload Media" button on the left.

A modal titled "Upload Media" will appear. You can either click the "Browse" button to browse files on your computer, or drag and drop files into the delineated "Add Files or Drop" area.

Once your file(s) have been selected, click "Upload Pending Files" to upload them.

A blue progress bar will appear next to each file name. When the progress bar reaches 100%, the file has been successfully uploaded and its name disappears from the modal. Click the "X" to return to the dashboard.

Rename Media

You'll need to find the media you wish to rename. You can use filters or search to look for it (see Understand Media Library Filters). Click on the media of your choosing.

A modal window will appear. Click on the "Title" field and type in the new name. The changes will automatically be saved. Press the "X" icon to close the modal.

You'll be brought back to your dashboard, where the media will appear under its new name.

Delete Media

You'll need to find the media you wish to delete. You can use filters or search to look for it (see Understand Media Library Filters). Click on the media of your choosing.

A modal window will appear. Click on the "Delete" button.

You will be prompted to confirm the deletion of the media. Click the "OK" button to proceed.

You'll be brought back to your dashboard, where the deleted media no longer appears.

Note: If the media is in use anywhere across your existing stories, deletion will not be possible.
